After separation, the clean compressed air and lubricating oil are divided into two ways: one way compressed air is cooled by the cooler, and then enters the drying tower through the pipeline, and the purified air enters the production device; the other lubricating oil is cooled by the oil cooler and then passed through the oil. After the filter is filtered, it is returned to the compressor for recycling.

Because our factory is located in the desert zone, when the wind season comes, the sand and dust in the air are easily brought into the air compressor inlet, causing the inlet air filter to block the alarm. At the most frequent times, the inlet filter must be cleaned every few days.

A rectangular parallelepiped frame was made at the inlet of the air compressor, and the outer surface was made of a non-woven fabric. In order not to affect the inlet air volume, the surface area is many times that of the original inlet. High exhaust gas temperature: The water quality of the cooling water is poor, and the air cooler and the oil cooler are clogged, resulting in poor heat transfer. Regularly clean the core of the air cooler and oil cooler, purge the cooling system process pipeline; and strengthen the circulating water quality treatment. Oil filter clogging alarm Cause: Dust is brought into the machine and the engine oil mixes, resulting in oil containing more impurities.
