半导体照明联合创新国家重点实验室是科技部首家依托产业技术创新联盟建立的国家重点实验室,旨在建立可持续发展的国际化、开放性、前瞻性产业共性关键技术以及专利和标准的研发平台,形成聚集和培养人才的平台,推动产业技术创新。自成立以来,该实验室一直积极与国际著名的高校和研究机构开展深入合作。
  6月6日,半导体照明联合创新国家重点实验室与英国谢菲尔德大学签署了合作谅解备忘录。双方就建立第三代半导体光电中心、加强学术交流、组织共同建立第三代半导体光电中心的国际顾问委员会等合作事宜展开了深入讨论,并达成一致意见。此次合作谅解备忘录的签署,将开启双方合作发展的新阶段,对实现互利共赢、促进共同发展有着重要的意义。
  近日,半导体照明联合创新国家重点实验室与美国加州大学芭芭拉分校工程学院材料系固态照明及能源中心在北京进行了深入交流,双方希望在GaN同质衬底研究等方面开展合作,共同承担企业项目研发和开展全方位人才培养,将实验室与国外高校的合作推向一个更高的层次。
