Recently, over thirty-one quality trust team and quality management team representative conferences in the national machinery industry, more than 300 teams from the national machinery industry published and exchanged QC results. Among them, Dongfeng limited 19 teams (QC team and team) participated in the activities, 3 QC teams won the first prize of the national machinery industry QC team activities, and 2 teams received the first prize of the National Machinery Industry Quality Trustworthy Team.
In the QC results exchange and communication activities, the QC team of Haidong Qing of Guangzhou Fengshen Automobile Co., Ltd. published the subject of “Reducing the defective rate of white paint on the exterior board†and the “pursuit of excellence†QC team in the assembly plant of Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Corporation. The publication titled “Improving the Straightness Rate of Complete Vehicle Assembly†and the “Quality Reduction of Second-Class Self-Engineering Projects†issued by the QC group of the Dongfeng Nissan Engine Division’s “Huizhong Star†won the first prize for the QC group activities of the national machinery industry. The three groups were also recommended as “National Outstanding QC Teamsâ€; Zhengzhou Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.’s “Press and Packing Class†and Dongfeng Dana Axle Co., Ltd.'s Puyang Plant’s “Jinyi Workshop Machine Plus Class†with excellent Performance, won the first prize of the National Machinery Industry Quality Trustworthy Team, and was recommended as "National Quality Trustworthy Team".
