4. Management duties

4.3 The production and control center geodetic test group has the right to make temporary adjustments to the monthly quality plan and the weekly distribution plan according to the requirements of the users, the quality of the products, and the quality of the ore produced in the stope. The relevant departments of the production command and control center shall adjust according to the regulations. The plan is to issue instructions.

4.4 Each production operation unit shall organize production according to the quality planning requirements and strictly in accordance with the production process operation documents, and be responsible for the quality of the products produced by the unit.

5. Operation requirements and assessment

5.1 Mining operation requirements and assessment

5.1.1 The mining operations of each ore body in the Huashugou mining area shall, in principle, be implemented in the mining area according to the following table. 5.1.5 When the ore production and quality plan are affected due to changes in geological boundaries, the black trench operation area must be communicated and negotiated with the production command center in time to ensure the balanced implementation of the plan. 5.1.6 The operation area of ​​the black ditch should be based on the distribution of the ore grade of the stope. 5.1.7 When mining at the junction of rock and rock, if the stope has the conditions of sub-wearing and detonation, it should be divided and blasted. 5.2 Shipping operations and mining requirements and assessment

5.2.1 The production control center of the production command and control center shall prepare the weekly distribution plan in a timely manner. The production command and control center shall coordinate the production according to the daily output of the Huashugou mining area and the weekly distribution quality plan. 5.2.2 Dispatching of production command and control center should keep track of the emptying height and depositing capacity of all the wells. 5.2.8 When the ore quality of the chute output fluctuates, the production command and control center shall adjust the proportion of the slipping well in time according to the quality information of the chute and the main chute in the mining area. The relevant departments of the production command and control center shall also be tested according to the production command and control center. The adjusted proportion of the group will adjust the transportation volume of the relevant chute in time, and the adjustment of the proportion of the ore will not be timely or the implementation will be weak, and the relevant responsible person will be assessed 2 points.

5.3 Assignment requirements and assessment of operation operations
