In the first half of 2012, the output of China's plastics processing machinery declined

The biggest problems in China's plastics machinery industry currently lie in the problems of low self-innovation capabilities, high-end and individualized special varieties, and low industry concentration. Demand for plastics machinery in China has slowed down and production has declined. According to the monitoring data of China Merchants Information Network, in the first half of 2012, the output of special equipment for plastics processing in China was 127,400 units, a year-on-year decrease of 16.24%. In June, China produced 26,000 sets of special equipment for plastics processing, a year-on-year decrease of 10.72%.

From the perspective of the production of various provinces and cities, in the first half of 2012, the output of special equipment for plastics processing in Zhejiang Province was 58,000 units, a year-on-year decrease of 22.92%, accounting for 45.71% of the country's total output. Followed by Guangdong Province, Shandong Province and Shanghai City, respectively accounted for 25.60%, 13.88% and 13.01% of the total output.
