Cold drawing not only enhances dimensional accuracy but also increases the strength and surface finish of the pipe. The final stage is the finishing process. After cold drawing, the pipes are cleaned again, heat treated, pickled, and straightened to ensure they meet all quality standards. A computerized inkjet marking machine is then used to label each pipe with essential information such as material grade, size, furnace number, and third-party inspection marks. Once marked, the pipes are inspected further, tested for quality, and properly packaged for shipment.
