The HG-808 Exothermic Insulating Covering Agent is our self-developed product ,which is used for covering the open riser. It is suitable for all kinds of casting alloy. 

Characters:

 1.The heat energy generated by the heating material in the covering agent, compensate the heat lose of the riser, so the feeding effect is much better. 

 2.The spread-ability of the insulating material in the covering agent can make the top of the riser adiabatically.

 3. Speed down the pace of heat dissipation of the riser top, prolong the solidification time of the riser to have a better feeding.

 4. The shape of the shrinkage cavity is U or a dish , which can add the riser`s safe height to prevent fault and improve the production rate of the process.
