(A) Overview Duobaoshan ditch three mines copper mine located in Nenjiang County, Heilongjiang Province.
The mining area was discovered in 1958. Construction began in 1966. In October 1968, a 120-ton/day mining company was established. It is now being expanded into a mining and selection enterprise of 300 tons/day.
The mine is developed for the inclined shaft, and the mining method is shallow hole mining method. 0.55 m ore out of the tub inclined by 8 tons diesel truck transport to the foot dressing plant, and then transported to the winding Ramped bin ore concentrator.
The power supply relies on its own thermal power generation. The power plant is about 500 meters away from the plant and is powered by 6.6 kilovolts. The concentrator installs one transformer of 560 kVA and 320 kVA, and depressurizes to 380 volts.
At present, the production and domestic water are supplied by the large well of Wooli River, 2.3 kilometers away from the mining area. The height difference is 102 meters, and a 55-watt 4DA-9 pump is used for a lift. In the dry season of winter, only 250~300 tons of water per day can not meet the needs of the mine. The expansion design considers the water in Nenjiang River 9 kilometers away.

1. Raw ore properties The mine is a skarn type copper deposit. The mine currently mines the ore-impregnated type ore containing copper in magnetite.
Metallic minerals chalcopyrite, chalcocite, bornite, covellite, malachite, chrysocolla, azurite, magnetite, pyrite.
The gangue minerals are garnet , followed by quartz , diopside , feldspar , and olivine. Garnets are mostly produced in granular aggregates and replaced by carbonate minerals and argillaceous minerals.
2. Process Flow Breaking: Three sections and one closed circuit, the original ore size is 350~0 mm, the final product size is 10~0 mm, and the total crushing ratio is 35.
Grinding and floating: divided into two systems of 120 tons / day and 180 tons / day (not yet put into production), the process is the same. For a closed-circuit grinding, the grinding fineness -200 mesh accounted for 60~65%, and the overflow concentration was about 30%. Flotation is the second rough selection, one selection, the second sweep (rough selection of I foam and selected foam into copper concentrate), sweeping the tailings into magnetic separation. The process flow and technical conditions are shown in the figure below.

Dehydration: Copper concentrate is concentrated and filtered for two stages of dehydration. The final concentrate contains about 12% water. The iron concentrate is naturally dehydrated, and the dehydration of the magnetic dewatering tank and the filter is considered in the expansion design.
