First, the large chromite ore slag is broken into small pieces by a coarse jaw crusher , and the small piece of chromite ore slag enters the fine jaw crusher for fine breaking, so that the final particle size is controlled within 30 mm, and then enters the silo, below the silo. Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is set, and the crushed ferrochrome slag is evenly fed into the AM30 jig for coarse jigging sorting to obtain coarse ferrochrome and tailings. The tailings are embedded with fine chrome For ferroalloys, the AM30 jig tailings should be ground by a rod mill to obtain sand-like chromite ore slag. The LTA1010/2 jig is subjected to secondary jigging to obtain fine-grained ferrochrome and waste.

The process has a total recovery rate of more than 90% for ferrochrome alloy, and is a process for recycling and recycling ferrochrome slag widely used in China.

Fuction:

(2) when the bucket rod moves separately, the two pumps supply oil to the platform and speed up the action speed of the bucket.

(4) priority is given to rotation, and when rotary and bucket move simultaneously, gyration will be given priority.


(5) Negative flow control, to provide a negative flow signal to the main pump, so that the valve stem in the middle, the main pump displacement becomes minimum.


(6) Walking in a straight line, when the excavator is moving forward or backward, other actions can be taken at the same time to ensure the needs of special working conditions.
