On May 29, 2012, Bosch 's 75 million ESP (Electronic Stability Program) system went offline, setting another milestone in Bosch's automotive safety technology. Since mass production in 1995, ESP has made significant contributions to improving road safety. When the vehicle is driving on slippery roads or high-speed steering, ESP can help the body remain stable, thereby preventing the occurrence of side-slip accidents and avoiding many serious consequences.

Gerhard Steiger, President of Bosch Chassis Control Systems, said: "A large number of studies on the effectiveness of ESP have shown that ESP has become the most important vehicle safety system after seat belts. Today, this technology has saved countless lives," Steiger said. The fact that Bosch ESP production has exceeded ABS production since 2010 has proven that global vehicle safety standards are constantly improving.

Research shows that the Bosch ESP active safety system can prevent up to 80% of traffic accidents caused by sideways slippage, and more and more countries are working to make the ESP a standard configuration for new cars. In Europe, all new models that are listed after October 2011 require the assembly of ESP; since November 2014, ESP will become the standard configuration of all new cars in EU countries. At present, ESP assembly rates for newly registered passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in Europe reach 72%. In the United States, all vehicles under the 4.5 metric tons have been forced to assemble ESP. Australia, Japan, South Korea and Russia will also implement similar regulations in the coming years. Around 48% of newly registered passenger cars and light commercial vehicles are equipped with ESP in the world; in China, about one in every five newly-launched passenger cars is equipped with ESP.

Since the mass production of ESP in 1995, Bosch has continuously improved this active safety system and realized many value-added functions. Compared with the first generation of ESP weighing 4.3 kilograms, the latest 9th generation ESP basic model is more compact and light, weighs only 1.6 kilograms. At the same time, Bosch successfully reduced the selling price of ESP, making this important safety system universally com- patible with economical small passenger cars.

The new driver assistance system makes driving safer and more comfortable. Bosch is developing new technologies to help drivers maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front of them. Even in the narrowest spaces, they can guide vehicles to park safely and accurately and warn the driver before an emergency occurs. These driver assistance systems have one thing in common: Without the driver's braking operation, the ESP performs the braking operation, which means that vehicles equipped with ESP systems can more easily realize value-added safety and comfort functions. Information exchange between the ESP and the sensors in the vehicle can monitor the vehicle's driving environment, identify other road users and calculate their speed, distance from the vehicle, and driving direction. Bosch offers a range of driver assistance systems using ultrasonic, video and radar sensing technologies, such as adaptive cruise control and predictive emergency braking systems.

Alumina Ceramic Ball 60

Product Description

RUINENG Alumina Ceramic Ball

Alumina ceramic Balls are produced by using industrial alumina and fire-resistant kaolin as the main raw materials through scientific compounding, shaping and high-tempreature calcination. Fire resistance Ceramic Ball has high mechanical strength and long service life, and refractory ceramic balls have good chemical stability, It has excellent high tempreature resistance and the highest heat-resistant tempreature which can reach as high as 1900 °C.

Application

Alumina ceramic Balls are widely used in petrolem chemical ,fertilizer ,natural gas and environmental protection industry. With stable chemical features and a low rate of water absorption, they can resist high temperatures and high pressure, and also can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali and some other organic solvents, and can stand the change in temperature during the application.Ceramic balls can increase the distribution spots of gas or liquid, and to support and protect the activating catalyst with low strength.
