Furnace construction and masonry method

The furnace is made of ordinary clay refractory bricks. The upper part is smaller than the bottom and is tapered. The bottom of the furnace is paved with 2 to 3 layers of refractory bricks, and the brick joints are filled with refractory mud. The brickwork and the shell are filled with asbestos ash or diatomaceous earth . The furnace shell is made of 3 mm steel. The top of the furnace is crimped with a refractory brick to ensure the temperature in the furnace. We have used heavy fuel, diesel or coal gas. For those that do not have the above conditions, a coke -fired furnace can be used instead, and the crucible can be placed in the furnace chamber at this time.
