Characteristics of chlorination titanium white process

The biggest features of the chlorination process are as follows.
1 The process is short. 2 The device is small, the reaction speed is fast, and the production capacity is large. The main equipment is continuously operated, and the production flexibility of the device is small, and it is impossible to store and stay in the middle.
3 Each relevant process requires high reliability, high degree of automation, and is difficult to master. Because the whole process is carried out in pressurized, high temperature and strong corrosive media, the adjustment control needs to be very fast and precise to ensure the safe operation of the system. All process power and raw materials must be continuously uninterrupted. In addition to the general plant's power, steam, industrial water, there are special requirements of the air separation device, chlorine supply device, desalinated water supply device, etc. must have 100% reliability to ensure the good state of the entire system. Otherwise, if a fault occurs in one place, it will cause full-line parking. For this reason, the main process must be fully controlled and automated.
4 product quality is good. The purity of the raw materials is high, and in particular, the ability of titanium tetrachloride to refine vanadium and iron is incapable of the sulfuric acid method. The parameters of the oxidation system can be adjusted, so the semi-finished product of the chlorination method has fine particle size, uniformity, narrow distribution and good whiteness, which lays a good foundation for the final product.
