According to the report, in the third quarter of 2015, 59 batches of submersible electric pump products produced by 59 companies in six provinces and municipalities including Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Henan were sampled.
This spot check is based on the requirements of GB10395.8-2006 “Safety Requirements for Tractors and Machinery for Agriculture and Forestry Part 8: Drainage Pumps and Pump Sets†and other requirements for overload protection, grounding measures, insulation resistance, and electric pumps of submersible pumps. The eleven items of cable, stator winding withstand voltage, efficiency, specified point flow and head, power factor, stator temperature rise limit, motor cavity water (gas) pressure test, and safety sign were examined.
Spot checks found that Handan Guangquan Pump Co., Ltd., Xingtai Hongjin Submersible Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shanxi Sanzhou Pump Co., Ltd., Nanjing Kelaier Pump Co., Ltd., Taizhou Jinchuan Pump Co., Ltd., and Henan Tianyu Pump Co., Ltd. 6 batches of products of 6 companies, such as Industry Co., Ltd., do not meet the requirements of the standard, involving efficiency, electric pump lead-out cables, specified point flow and head, and power factor items.
Among them, the problem of efficiency is outstanding, and 6 batches of unqualified products are unqualified.
In addition, Shanxi Jinjiang Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. refused inspection during the spot check.
On the 27th, the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine notified the results of the national supervision and spot checks on the quality of submersible pumps. The detection rate of substandard products was 10.2%.
