Compressor maintenance is mainly reflected in four aspects: power supply voltage, ventilation, do not start frequently, use the environment.
Power supply voltage: The voltage of high and low temperature test chamber working environment must be stable. If the voltage is unstable, it will cause the current to be too large or too small. Running under such conditions for a long time will cause great damage to the compressor. It is recommended to use stable. The pressure regulator is connected to a constant temperature and humidity chamber.
Ventilation: Keep the working environment well-ventilated and free from dust. Clean the compressor regularly. If you do not use the cryogenic test chamber for a long time, place it in a place free from dust and ventilation.
Do not start frequently: When using, do not start its compressor frequently. The compressor startup time interval should be more than 15 minutes.
Use environment: smooth ground, well ventilated, free from flammable and explosive, corrosive dust, no strong electromagnetic radiation source nearby, ambient temperature controlled within 5°C～30°C (average temperature within 30 hours within 24 hours), humidity control ≤ 85% RH.
