Jaw crusher operating procedures

1. Do the following work before driving

1) Check whether the lubrication of the mining machine and jaw crusher bearing is good; whether the lubricating oil is added to the body of the reduction gearbox ; whether the fasteners are tight; whether the safety dust removal device is good; whether the transmission belt and the safety protection device are good.

2 ) Check whether the discharge port adjustment device and the discharge port, flywheel and transmission components are normal.

3 ) Check if there are any ore and debris in the crusher , if any, remove it immediately.

4 ) Check if the electrical meter is in good condition.

2. Driving sequence

1 ) Prepare the work and check the work before the operation, confirm that the equipment is normal, and send the driving signal, and start the dust collector at the same time.

2 ) After getting the return driving signal, and starting the next working equipment, start the belt conveyor and start the jaw crusher with empty load.

3 ) After the crusher is running normally, start the feeding machine and start feeding. If abnormal noise is found during startup, stop the inspection immediately.

3 , should be done in operation

1 ) The ore is evenly distributed and the ore block must be controlled within the allowable range. When people discharge port plug, should stop to the mining, iron and exclude hook. Wood blocks, iron and other materials mixed in the ore should be removed as much as possible.

2 ) Check every electrical instrument every hour for abnormal changes; electrical and bearing temperatures must not exceed 60 °C Always check the fixing screws for looseness; the lubrication parts should be filled with oil on time to prevent the oil from entering the ore.

3 ) Always check the unobstructed feeding funnel, and do not allow the ore in the original mine bin to be completely emptied.

4 ) When the electrical equipment is found to be faulty, the electrician should be notified to repair it, and it is not allowed to tamper with it.

4 . parking

1 ) Before the crusher stops, the mining machine should be stopped first, and the mine can be stopped after all the ore is discharged;

2 ) Sudden power outage, should quickly pull down the switch and remove the remaining ore in the crusher.
