On May 27th, the technical transformation project of the three-cylinder dryer for supporting carbon materials for the calcium carbide furnace of Inner Mongolia Junzheng Industrial Co., Ltd. was completed and the production started. The technical transformation project completed the installation of the main equipment on May 24, and it was ignited and baked in the afternoon of the same day. The equipment debugging was completed on May 26. The newly replaced dryer has the characteristics of high drying capacity and low breakage rate. The commissioning of the dryer has ensured the safe and stable operation of the 4×27000 kVA calcium carbide furnace. At the same time, with the reduction of the drying rate of the dried blue carbon, the cost can be reduced by about 4.8 million yuan per year.
