[China Instrument Network Instrumentation New Products] On June 27, wireless and positioning module and chip manufacturer u-blox announced that it has introduced the world's first SARA-N2 module that complies with the 3GPP R13 NB-IoT standard. This module is suitable for smart buildings, smart cities, water meters, white goods, asset tracking, agriculture and environmental monitoring.

According to reports, the SARA-N2 module can continue to work for 10 to 20 years with a standard battery. 16mmx26mm LGA package. Using u-blox's patented Nested Design design, it is compatible with u-blox GSM, HSPA or CDMA modules while being future-proof and seamlessly extending across multiple wireless technologies.

The SARA-N2 module operates in the licensed frequency band to ensure the security of wireless communications and freedom from interference. Supports up to 227kbps peak downlink rates and 21kbps uplink rates. Because it can support three radio frequency bands at the same time, the same module can be used for operator networks in most countries and regions.

Compared with other cellular wireless technologies, NB-IoT has many advantages, including lower device complexity, ultra-low power consumption, and a base station that can support 150,000 devices. Most importantly, because this technology provides a better 20 dB link budget than GPRS, excellent performance is demonstrated in weak signal areas such as underground or buildings.

Compared with unlicensed spectrum Low Power Wide Area (LPWA) solutions, NB-IoT uses a licensed frequency band network and therefore has stronger security and anti-jamming capabilities. Other advantages include point-to-point topologies that deliver lower latency than mesh networks and can operate over existing 2G and LTE networks, requiring only 200 kHz bandwidth; higher transmission power limits, increased reliability and distance. It also allows powerful two-way communication, meaning that firmware can be updated wirelessly. In addition, NB-IoT can roam globally, and local unlicensed band technology cannot do this.

Stefano Moioli, director of wireless product management at u-blox, said: “U-blox is the forerunner of NB-IoT. We work closely with companies including Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom, and Huawei to successfully complete NB-in small metering and parking applications. The first trial commercialization of IoT standards, these trials fully prove that the NB-IoT network is more efficient than GPRS, and we are convinced that the future of the technology will have many advantages over other technologies, so we are pleased to announce the launch of the world’s first The 3GPP standard NB-IoT module helps customers to take full advantage of this technology."

The SARA-N2NB-IoT module sample is planned to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2016, and will be mass-produced in early 2017.

Plastic Film Pelletizing Machine is equipped with a cutter compactor ( agglomerator) on main extruder compared with the ordinary granulation machine. This new design makes the machine in compact structure,Meanwhile, the material will be pre-heated,cut,mixed to granulas shape and feed into extruder evenly. The degassing system and hydraulic screen changer equipped on extuder for get high purity pellets finally. The cutting system adopts to  die face (water-ring) or strand( spaghetti) cutting for varies material application. Downstream machine has water-ring cutting system, strand pelletizer, dewatering machine ,cooling tank,,air blowing &silo.
