Copper Wire Crusher Description:
2. Conveyor: Crushed copper cables are transported to the second shredder via this conveyor.
3. Second Shredder: This shredder reduces the cables into small copper and plastic pellets (5-8mm in size).
4. Separator: A complete vibrating separator that separates clean copper and plastic pellets.
5. Copper Outlet: Clean copper pellets exit through this port.
6. Plastic Outlet: Clean plastic (PVC) pellets exit through this port.
Copper Wire Crusher Working Principle:
1. The first crusher of the recycling plant crushes wires/cables into 10-20mm length.
2. Crushed wires/cables are conveyed to the second crusher, which further crushes them into 3-5mm-sized copper granules and plastic pieces.
3. The mixture is sent to the vibration system where air flow and vibration thoroughly separate plastic from copper.
4. Copper granules and plastic pieces exit through different outlets. Dust is collected by the dust collector through the duct.
