JLF-800 Line Type Scrap Copper Wire Shredder and Granulator Machine
The JLF series scrap wire shredder is designed for the efficient recycling of waste household communication cables, car cables, motor cables, and other industrial cables. This machine integrates crushing, separation, and a high-efficiency dust collection system to produce clean copper and plastic pellets. The JLF-800 model (capacity: 600-800kg/h) is a complete processing line suitable for large-scale factories. It includes a first crusher, second shredder, separator, and dust collector, making it ideal for handling larger-sized scrap copper cables with higher efficiency.

Scrap Wire Shredder Description:
1. First Crusher: A double-shaft crusher that cuts raw materials (cables) into small pieces before entering the second shredder.
2. Second Shredder: This machine further crushes the pre-crushed cables into small pellets.
3. Copper Pellet Exit: Clean copper pellets exit from this outlet.
4. Plastic Pellet Exit: Clean plastic pellets exit from this outlet.
5. Vibrating Separator: Crushed copper and plastic pass through this vibrator to be separated thoroughly.

Scrap Wire Shredder Working Principle:
1. The first crusher in the recycling plant crushes wires/cables into 10-20mm length.
2. The crushed wires/cables are conveyed to the second crusher, which further crushes them into 3-5mm size, separating copper granules and plastic pieces.
3. The mixture is sent to the vibration system, where airflow and vibration ensure thorough separation of plastic and copper.
4. Copper granules and plastic pieces exit from different outlets, while dust is collected by the dust collector through an air duct.
Scrap Wire Shredder Packing & Shipping:
One set of the JLF-800 recycling line requires one 40' container for shipping. We can pack the machine with plastic film first, or use a ply wooden case based on customer requirements.
