This plant is used for crushing scrap radiators into small pieces and separating copper, aluminum, and other metals.
The entire system has high recycling efficiency and separation rate (up to 99%). It can process over 1000kg of scrap radiator per hour with no copper loss during the process.
The machine consists of a crusher, shredder, conveyor, separator, and dust collector. The first crusher can also be used for crushing scrap copper wires and other metals.
It can process both flat and compressed radiators from air conditioners and cars, with no size restrictions.
Copper and aluminum pieces produced can be reused, and their size can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
The entire line is controlled by a PLC controller. Only two workers are needed to operate the equipment. All parts are of high quality and designed for long-term use. We also provide necessary tools to help customers maintain the whole system.
The magnetic separator uses a ferromagnetic roller and achieves a separation rate of up to 95%.
The pulse dust collector prevents dust leakage and has a cleaning efficiency of 99%, ensuring no secondary pollution.
Air flow separation reaches a rate of 97%.
1. Conveyor: Radiators are placed on the conveyor and sent to the first crusher.
2. First Crusher: This crusher cuts the radiator into small pieces, about 10-15cm in size.
3. Second Shredder: The shredded radiator is further reduced to final small pieces.
4. Separator: Copper and aluminum pellets exit through this vibrating separator.
5. Copper outlet.
