This advanced waste plastic recycling machine is ideal for processing various types of PP and PE materials such as LLDPE agricultural films, LDPE/LLDPE films, PE and PP bags, woven bags, jumbo bags, and more. It includes a plastic crushing and washing system, a squeezing pelletizer, and a pelletizing line, enabling the direct production of high-quality granules from waste plastic materials. With proper design, this system can also recycle plastic baskets, buckets, pallets, and jerry cans.
The complete process involves a belt conveyor, wet crusher, screw loader, friction washer, float washer, squeezing pelletizer, and pelletizing line. The output ranges between 300 to 800 kg/h. For heavily contaminated materials, additional washing systems may be required. The layout can be customized in an "L" or "U" shape to optimize space usage in your workshop.

With years of experience in developing efficient plastic recycling systems, we have created a high-performance squeezing pelletizing system that replaces traditional centrifuges, pipeline drying systems, and agglomerators. This innovative technology helps save energy and space while producing drier material from washed PP and PE film scraps. It also allows for higher throughput, up to 500-800 kg/h, making it easier for the subsequent pelletizing process.
After the squeezing pelletizer, the rigid PP and PE flakes become very hot. To cool them down, we recommend using a double-layer air conveying pipe with cooling water inside. This ensures the flakes are ready for further processing in a simple pelletizing line to produce high-quality granules.
