Waste plastic recycling machine for plastic film, jumbo bags, and baskets. 
This system is ideal for processing PP and PE films, bags, and other plastic waste materials such as LLDPE agricultural film, LDPE/LLDPE films, PE and PP bags, woven bags, jumbo bags, and more. It includes a plastic crushing and washing unit, a squeezing pelletizer, and a pelletizing machine, enabling the direct production of granules from waste plastics. With appropriate design, it can also handle plastic baskets, buckets, pallets, and jerry cans.
The entire process involves a belt conveyor, wet crusher, screw loader, friction washer, float washer, squeezing pelletizer, and pelletizing line. The output ranges from 300 to 800 kg/h. For heavily soiled materials, additional washing units may be required. The layout can be customized as an "L" or "U" shape to optimize space in the workshop.

With years of experience in plastic recycling systems, we have developed a highly efficient squeezing pelletizing system that replaces traditional dewatering machines, pipeline drying systems, and agglomerators. This system helps save energy and space while improving the drying efficiency of washed PP and PE scraps. It can achieve high outputs up to 500-800 kg/h, making it easier for the subsequent pelletizing process.
After the squeezing pelletizer, the rigid PP and PE flakes become very hot. To cool them down, we recommend using a double-layer air conveying pipe filled with cooling water. This ensures the material is ready for further processing in a simple pelletizing line to produce high-quality granules.
