·China Automotive Technology Research Center and Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed a framework cooperation agreement

On May 16, 2016, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between China Automotive Technology and Research Center (hereinafter referred to as “China Gas Center”) and Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CATL”) was held in the lecture hall of CATL Conference.
At the signing ceremony, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the China Central Automotive Center, Yu Kai, and the founder of CATL, Zeng Yiqun, delivered speeches respectively. The cooperation between China Automotive Center and CATL marks the systematic and in-depth cooperation between the two parties in the research and development, testing, evaluation, standards and policy research of power battery products.
Yu Kai, secretary of the Party Committee of the China Central Automotive Industry Corporation, and Zhou Jia, the chief operating officer of CATL, signed a framework cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Representatives of the responsible persons of the Institute, the Standards Institute, and the Intelligence Office signed cooperation agreements with CATL for each subproject.
After the signing ceremony, Yu Kai and his party visited the CATL production line and research institute.
