Ball Float Level Gauge / Level Switch
The Ball Float Level Gauge / Level Switch is a magnetic levitation ball measuring element that uses magnetic coupling to cause the sensor’s internal resistance to change linearly. This resistance change is then converted by an intelligent converter into a standard 4–20 mA current signal, which can also be superimposed with a HART signal or displayed on an LCD screen. The device shows the liquid level percentage, 4–20 mA current, and actual liquid level value on-site, allowing the control room to achieve automatic detection, control, and recording of the liquid level. This instrument is widely used in oil, chemical, power, light industry, and pharmaceutical industries for level measurement in various atmospheric and pressurized containers, especially for underground storage tanks and tank level measurements, where it is considered the most ideal solution.
