The 8-station centrifugal casting machine for cylinder liners is a highly efficient and automated system designed to streamline the production of high-quality cylinder castings. This advanced machine integrates multiple main engines and auxiliary systems on a rotating table, allowing for seamless operation across different stages of the casting process. The eight main engines are evenly distributed around the rotary table, while four sets of auxiliary engines are fixed in place. As the main engine rotates to designated positions, each auxiliary engine performs specific tasks such as mold cleaning, coating spraying, pouring, and casting extraction.
