**Twin Screw Extruder PVC Door Frame Profile Making Machine**
The PVC door frame profile making machine is a complete production line that includes auxiliary equipment such as mixers, crushers, lamination machines, and hot stamping machines. The entire system features a specially designed screw with excellent shearing and plasticizing properties, ensuring high-quality output. The high-speed cooling of the extrusion and calibration molds significantly improves the production speed and efficiency.
This unit consists of the following components: Mixer - Canonical (Parallel) Double Screw Extruder - PVC Profile Tooling - Vacuum Forming Table - Haul-off Machine - Cutting Machine - Stacker - Hot Stamping or Lamination Machine - Crusher. The maximum profile width produced is 800mm.
