Fuel / Oil Tanker Semi Trailer equipped with tri-axle, designed for multifunctional transportation of various fuels and high-capacity loading. We can customize different capacities and materials according to customer requirements. The Fuel / Oil Tanker Semi Trailer is manufactured using automatic submerged arc welding and undergoes strict quality inspections, including X-ray radiation and ultrasonic flaw detection.
Fuel tanker trailer features include:
1. Tank shape: square round, oval, or round.
2. Tank material: carbon steel, stainless steel, steel-lined, glass fiber, or plastic tanks (polyethylene).
3. Multi-channel anti-wave partitions allow for compartmentalization and loading of different types of oil. Options include pump-in/pump-out through the table, pump-in/pump-out without the table, self-flow through the table, or not through the table.
4. High-pressure gas leak detection ensures tank strength, stability, and vehicle safety.
5. Alcohol, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and salted chemical tankers use imported stainless steel (4mm-5mm thickness) or polypropylene cans (12mm-22mm thickness).
6. The fuel tank consists of a power take-off device, drive shaft, gear oil pump, tank body, and pipe network system. The pipe network includes an oil pump, three-way four-ball valve, two-way ball valve, filter, and pipes.
7. Fuel dispenser and reel are optional.
8. Available pumps include gear pump, centrifugal pump, heavy oil pump, and stainless steel pump, with options for heating pipes and insulation layers.

The directional spool valves types HLPSL and HLPSV serve to control both, the direction of movement and the load independent, stepless velocity of the hydraulic consumers.
