You send us your drawing or sample along with specifications such as material, surface treatment, quantity, and special requirements. We will produce a sample for you to review. Once approved, you can place the order with a 30% deposit. After production is completed, we will send photos for your confirmation, and then you pay the remaining balance. Finally, we arrange delivery through a courier company.
2. How Long Until I Get a Quotation?
We usually provide a quotation within 8 hours after receiving your request, taking into account time zone differences.
3. Can I Get a Sample for Testing?
We offer free samples when available or chargeable samples for custom items depending on the product type.
4. How Long Does Production Take?
Typically, it takes about 10 working days, depending on the order quantity and delivery schedule.
5. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
For small orders, we accept Western Union or PayPal. For larger amounts, T/T is preferred.
