It is learned that this system was jointly established by the three departments of education, public security, and transportation. All localities must immediately collect licensed school buses , approved school bus drivers, and confirmed vehicles. Caring for relevant information of personnel and related school bus operators to achieve sharing among management departments and update them in a timely manner. According to the Notice on Accomplishing the Collection of School Bus Information issued by education, public security, and transportation , the school bus information management subsystem will be established in the national primary and middle school students' student information management system to specifically manage school bus information, school bus driver information, and Car care personnel and school bus company information. At present, national primary and secondary school student information management systems are under development. It is planned that in 2013 , the provincial-level data center for the construction of primary and secondary school housing safety projects will be deployed. The information collection target of this system is all school buses that serve compulsory education students and kindergarten children, including school buses provided by private school buses and non-dedicated school buses, schools and kindergarten-owned school buses and school bus service providers.
