·The rare earth butadiene rubber industrial test project passed the acceptance test

Recently, the industrial trial project of 15,000 tons of rare earth butadiene rubber developed by Dushanzi Petrochemical Company passed the acceptance of China Petroleum Organization.

The project uses Xinjiang's abundant butadiene resources as raw materials, and uses rare earth butadiene rubber technology developed by China Petroleum and the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The project team is aiming at the problems of difficult mixing, large cohesion load and continuous and stable production in industrial production. Through the transformation of the existing 30,000 tons of nickel-based butadiene rubber plant process and catalyst system, the catalyst formulation is optimized, the polymerization is improved, and the agglomeration method is improved. Formed a continuous stable production capacity of 15,000 tons of rare earth butadiene rubber.

The project realized the production of rare earth butadiene rubber and nickel-based butadiene rubber in the same set of equipment, which promoted the upgrading of green tires in China.
