Different types of solenoid valves in the SMC may have different lead extraction methods. There are also multiple lead extraction methods in the same series. Under normal circumstances, the lead-out method of small electromagnetic valve adopts direct outlet type, L and M socket type, and large solenoid valve adopts direct outlet type and DIN socket type.
Direct outlet type: Lead from the solenoid coil of the solenoid valve and connect directly with the external terminal. The length of the conductor is 300mm and 600mm, as shown in the G and H type. L and M socket type: The difference between the two is mainly in the direction of the plug. Hold the plug and the plug body with your fingers and insert it straight into the pin. The L and M socket type wires have a standard length of 300mm, and can also be customized in various lengths. It is also possible to choose without wires or plugs.
DIN socket type: This is the terminal for the electrical wiring designed according to German DIN standard. It is installed inside the solenoid valve as shown in the figure below. Loosen the fixing screw, pull the plug out of the solenoid valve terminal block, then push the slotted screwdriver into the notch at the bottom of the terminal block to push the terminal block away from the plug box (hood).
