Pre-insulated Pipe Fabrication

Pre-insulated, pre-fabricated jacketed piping system is used for industrial and commercial applications. Pre-Insulated, pre-jacketed thermal pipe has a definite advantage over field installed insulation and jacketing. All straight sections of the factory preinsulated piping system shall be jacketed with a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) jacket conforming to ASTM D1248,PVC jackets shall not be allowed.

All field butt joints shall be made in straight sections of pipe.here for welding polyethylene, it can use field hdpe pipe Butt Fusion Machines according to pipe range. For PE Pre-insulated pipe fabrication, It will use workshop fitting machines for bend fabrication of plastics. How it works? Firstly you need to prepare pe pipe Angle Cutting Saw and fix thin pipe on sepcial clamp, and then cut hdpe pre-insulated pipe in required angle. Then move this pipe and fix them on elbow clamps of pre-insulated fitting welding equipment. Special half heating plates positioned on top of the welding zone are used to ensure the required welding temperature, The appication of uniform welding pressure which is controlled hydraulically, ensures the quality of the weld between the sleeve and the pipe casing.
