On January 12, the chemical plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company examined the operating status of the hot water recycling project of No. 214 heat exchanger for nitric acid plant. The test results show that the implementation of the preheater hot water recycling project not only satisfies the requirements of the production process, but also saves 73,000 tons of water and 25,000 tons of steam.
In the production process of the concentrated nitric acid plant No. 214, the plant needs to use hot water to heat the material. The original process adopts heat exchange between the river and the low-pressure steam, and the hot water is discharged directly into the sewage, discharging 16.9 tons of river water every hour. The steam of 7.8 tons/hour caused a great waste of resources and energy. For this purpose, the factory organizes the transformation of the preheater hot water circulation and adopts the process of recycling the river water. After the hot water is heated to complete the material, it is returned to the increased water tank. This part of the water is recycled and used when the water is depleted. Add fresh water to complete.
After reforming the preheater process, the hot water used is recycled and basically reaches zero emissions. Steam is saved by 5.8 tons per hour, and the year of water saving and gas saving can create 3.456 million yuan.
