·Tianjin's first "export auto parts demonstration zone" development zone listed

The reporter learned from the Tianjin Development Zone Management Committee that the Tianjin Yixian Technology Industrial Park-export auto parts municipal quality and safety demonstration zone was formally established with the approval of the Tianjin Municipal Commission of Commerce and the Tianjin Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
It is reported that the establishment of the demonstration zone marks that the development zone Yixian Technology Industrial Park has become the first export quality quality demonstration zone in Tianjin, which has played an active role in promoting the business environment and the development of the auto parts industry.
At present, Tianjin Yixian Science Industrial Park has become an important auto parts production base in the region. In 2016, the total industrial output value of the automobile industry in Yixian Science Industrial Park was 3.317 billion yuan, and the cumulative investment in auto parts projects totaled 397 million US dollars. The relevant person in charge of the Yixian Science and Technology Park in Tianjin Development Zone said: "The establishment of the demonstration zone will be given from ten aspects: exporting high-tech and independent brand products, participating in domestic and overseas exhibitions, introducing and cultivating various talents, and setting up research and development institutions. Policy support provides more convenience for various business activities such as production, operation, import and export customs clearance. Up to now, there are 24 auto parts companies in the region, and the first batch of enterprises entering the demonstration area include Anshi Electronics (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. Tianjin Pinghe Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and Denso (Tianjin) Body Parts Co., Ltd. have a total of 11. According to the introduction, the selection criteria for the demonstration area are strict and the threshold is high."
According to the clear requirements of the “Tianjin City-level Export Industrial Product Quality and Safety Demonstration Zone Assessment and Acceptance Form”, in addition to requiring a clear leading industry and forming an industrial cluster, with a large export scale, enterprises applying for entry into the demonstration zone need to be relatively well established. The quality management system is working well. There must be no quality and safety accidents or illegal cases in import and export products in the past three years. In this regard, Yixian Science Industrial Park and Wuqing Inspection and Quarantine Bureau jointly formed a training group to increase training on enterprises in terms of quality management knowledge, technical regulations, legal knowledge and integrity management knowledge, and continuously improve the automobile supporting enterprises in the region. Quality and safety, to strive for more domestic and international competition opportunities for the automotive industry in the region, and continue to enlarge and strengthen the automotive industry chain in the region.
