Reason analysis: 1) The lever is too up, the gate is lifted manually after the gate is energized, and the brake lever lock pushes the bottom of the lower rod bracket upward, but the position where the electromagnet can be attracted is not pushed. The rod cannot be buckled; 2) the brake rod and the pressure block are misaligned, and the pressure block cannot be buckled into the brake head.
Solution: 1) Power on the gate Manually press the bottom of the off-rod bracket upwards to make the electromagnet attract the iron block, then loosen the four screws that fix the rod bracket, and adjust the lower rod bracket to adjust it down to a suitable position. 2) If there is a deviation between the brake lever and the clamp, the three brake levers are replaced by the installation position.
4. Power off the pole
Analysis of the cause: The drop lever bracket is too up, causing the bottom of the brake lever to be lowered after the solenoid is desorbed.
Solution: Firstly press the bottom of the off-rod bracket upwards to make the electromagnet attract the iron block, then loosen the four screws that fix the rod bracket and press it down (usually stick the lock at the gate) ), finally tighten the screw and turn off the power test.
5. The indicator light is off.
Cause analysis: 1) The indicator terminal is not fully inserted or loose, resulting in poor contact; 2) The indicator light is faulty.
Solution: 1) Check if the indicator terminal is plugged in; 2) If the terminal is still not lit, then the indicator of the next door can be replaced with a good indicator. After the good indicator is replaced, the indicator is on. The original indicator light is broken and needs to be replaced. 3) The multimeter measures whether the 12V GND port of the indicator port has 12V voltage output, indicating that the circuit board is faulty and needs to be replaced.
6. The indicator light is always on the green arrow
Cause Analysis: The board signal output is abnormal or the indicator is faulty.
Solution: You can replace the good indicator on other gates. If the indicator is still lit, the green arrow indicates that the board is defective. You need to replace the board. Otherwise, it is a problem with the indicator. If there is no other good indicator, you can use the multimeter to measure whether D1 GND or D2 GND always has 12V voltage output.
7. Running sound is big
Cause analysis: buffer buffer is not strong enough
Solution: Increase the damping force: the nut of the buffer is screwed out counterclockwise, and the buffer is screwed clockwise. If it does not work, check if the spring inside the base of the plum blossom wheel is stuck or loses its elasticity. If it is, replace the base.

10. Can you achieve free access on the other side of the card?
Solution: Remove the lock arm on one side of the electromagnet, no need to swipe freely.
