A new processing technology for amorphous metal plating materials widely used to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of mechanical, petrochemical, food and medicine equipment parts. Recently, it was successfully developed in Shenzhou, Hebei Province, and has achieved national technology patent.
In recent years, with the modernization of China's machinery and equipment, higher and higher requirements have been placed on the quality of required parts. In this regard, Hebei Shenzhou Amorphous Plating Plant, which has been engaged in the research and production of amorphous plating material processing technology for more than ten years, relies on its own scientific research strength to develop a new process for processing amorphous amorphous alloy materials. The process performance is superior, and the treated metal material has excellent physical properties such as corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and meets the requirements of special performance of mechanical parts.
According to the scientific research personnel of the scientific research center of the factory, the new process of amorphous metallization material processing is characterized by: depositing a layer of amorphous material on the metal surface by chemical catalytic reaction. Since no current is needed during the plating process, the deposition layer of the different shapes of the plated parts is uniform, and the thickness of the plating layer can be strictly controlled by the time, temperature and concentration of the reaction liquid, so that the shape is well patterned, and the plating height is avoided. Repeated grinding of the workpiece with thickened plating. Since the technology is amorphous by chemical reaction deposition, it has excellent physical properties such as corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, light protection and magnetic avoidance. The combined strength of the treated plated parts can reach 28~42kgf∕mm2, and the Ni-P coating after hardness heat treatment is HV1000-1100; the friction coefficient of the wear coefficient is 0.38 for the steel without lubrication. And the corrosion resistance of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and the like is superior to that of stainless steel. Therefore, the application of this process can replace stainless steel and alloy steel with ordinary carbon steel, and even replace titanium alloy, compared with the electroplating process, not only save energy and reduce consumption, reduce costs, and avoid environmental pollution.
It is understood that the new process of amorphous metallization treatment can be widely used for plating steel, iron, copper, aluminum parts and other castings. Recently, the plant has built a production line with an annual processing capacity of 40,000 square meters.
