The DGZ series of plasma arc automatic straight seam welding equipment is a high-performance solution designed for precision and efficiency in industrial welding applications. This advanced system consists of a PAW power source, pulse TIG power source, straight seam automatic welding unit, PAW welding torch, and an intelligent water tank.
Plasma arc welding (PAW) is similar to TIG welding but offers enhanced performance due to the concentrated plasma arc created by the water-cooled nozzle of the plasma generator. This results in a higher temperature arc, leading to deeper penetration, a smaller heat-affected zone, and improved weld quality. Compared to traditional TIG welding, PAW provides better efficiency, reduced material consumption, and minimal distortion.
This technology is particularly well-suited for welding materials such as titanium, stainless steel, copper, nickel, tantalum, chromium, and carbon steel. The DGZ series can be configured in two modes based on the thickness of the material:
